Welcome to A & A Counseling and Wellness Services! We are here to help you Build a Healthier You: Mind, Body, & Spirit. We are a multidisciplinary team of experienced licensed and associate licensed mental health and holistic professionals who believe in addressing the "whole person" to help you regain balance and control of your life and emotions. We focus on the mind, body and spirit to assist you in feeling better and getting back to feeling like your old self, or a better version of your self.
We know that change is hard and that reaching out for help and deciding to seek counseling services may have been difficult. Our goal is to create a safe, inviting, and welcoming environment where you are able to process your concerns and feelings. We also have massage therapists onsite, and encourage you to reserve a wellness massage before or after your session with one of our therapists. We also have enhancement items available for our clients such as soy candles, wellness tea, and essential oils to address all of your wellness needs.
We provide individual and couples therapy, group coaching sessions, leadership coaching, community workshops and trainings. We offer therapy for individuals ages 16 years old, up into late adulthood dealing with issues related to depression, anxiety, infidelity, trauma, marital conflict, body image, self-esteem, anger management, work conflict, relationship issues, leadership coaching needs, business coaching needs and more. We accept most PPO insurance plans.
